Where can I find a full list of the ingredients in your products?
A complete list of the ingredients can be found under each product listing and on the product label. You can rest assured that ALL our products contain no parabens, SLS, synthetics and other nasties!
Are your products organic?
Our products contain organic ingredients where possible. However, not all ingredients are organic. The organic ingredients are denoted by an asterisk (*) on each ingredient list.
Are your products vegan?

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Absolutely yes! This whole skincare range began with this skin type in mind.
Is there a minimum age for using your products?
Our products are safe for use on adults and children. As always, perform a patch test before using.
Are your products suitable in pregnancy?
Yes! There is no added Vitamin A in any of our products.

During busy periods (Christmas, New Years Day, holiday seasons) and extreme weather events, there may be delays in receiving your parcel. Please allow a few extra days for delivery.
What will my order be mailed in?
We care for the environment. Where possible, we opt for sustainable options.
Depending on the size of your order, the products will be packaged in either a satchel or cardboard mailing box.
Our mailing bags from Hero Packaging are made from corn starch and cassava roots. They are biodegradable and compostable in compost bins. Simply remove any plastic tape from the bag (if any) and throw it in your garden compost bin. Alternatively, if you're in Australia, CLICK HERE to find your nearest composter.
In the event that these bags are unobtainable, we may use an alternative such as an Australia Post satchel. These are (sadly) not compostable.
Our cardboard mailing boxes are recyclable. Simply reuse or place them into your recycling bin.
When will I see results?
Straight away! Your skin will feel hydrated and smooth. However, to really see any long-term skin benefits, persist and use your products daily.
For oily/problematic skin prone to acne, your skin may take a few weeks to fully clear as it takes some time for the fruit enzymes to fully clear up the skin. Don't be discouraged if you notice your skin getting slightly worse at the beginning - it's a result of the enzymes drawing the toxins and impurities closer to the skins surface to try and get rid of them :)
Having said all this, everyone's skin is different, so please always patch test first before use and understand that your results can't be compared to others.
Can I get a refund/exchange?
If you are unsure which products are best suited to your skin type, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. We are always more than happy to provide you with product recommendations, advice and answers to any questions you have.
Due to the nature of the products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind purchases once shipped. This ensures that:
1. You receive your parcel ASAP after placing your order
2. You are receiving high-quality, fresh and untampered products with every order
I have received a damaged item, what should I do?
All of our products contain 100% natural ingredients and are stored in controlled conditions at our warehouse in Melbourne, maintaining their freshness and effectiveness. All orders are checked for quality before they leave the warehouse.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel (within 7 days of receipt from the "delivered" date showing on your parcel tracking number).
In the event that a refund is provided, shipping costs are not refundable and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
